Annual Dues
MSS Residents,
I just wanted to notify everyone that our annual dues for the HOA are due by the end of the month, June 30th. Official letters through the mail will be sent out shortly, so please keep an eye out for it. As a reminder, dues are $400 for the year. Please let me know if you have any questions. Email was sent as well.

unfortunately a check is the only accepted form of payment at this time. I know... I dont have any checks anymore so I have to drive to the bank and have a cashiers check drafted, which is pretty inconvenient. Maybe some day in the future.
