There will be a free concert 11/29/2025 in the garage at 817 Meadow Station Circle from 6 to 9 PM . All are invited. Headlining Band is Open Trench.

Some of you may have noticed issues with posting to the forum recently. I have fixed those issues and you should now be able to post to the Groups Forum now. As a side note: There will be a free garage concert at 817 Meadow Station Circle tonight at 6pm. Also, you can visit the Meadow Station Homeowners page on Facebook for more up to date postings, as this site does not get as much traffic.

We just had Jeremiah Easley with Affordable HVAC out today to replace our thermostat. He did great work and was very affordable. If you need any HVAC work done, I highly recommend Jeremiah!

I just wanted to notify everyone that our annual dues for the HOA are due by the end of the month, June 30th.  Official letters through the mail will be sent out shortly, so please keep an eye out for it.  As a reminder, dues are $400 for the year.  Please let me know if you have any questions. Good morning neighbors. Did anyone get a package delivered to your house on Friday that was not yours? It would be addressed to Sherrie Kozanecki and is from Wal Mart. The notification said it was delivered Friday at 1:17. I wonder about that because that was the middle of our snowstorm and our road was not even plowed at that time. If it was delivered to you by mistake please call me @ 303-359-7077 and I will come and get it.

It has been a few years and the last company that pumped our septic is not responding to voicemails, guessing out of business.

Looking for any recommendations on who people are using and trust on septic pump out.

• Mile High Propane (MHP) will route you to All American Propane, "their sister company" covering the Kiowa area. All American Propane was purchased and consumed by MHP. Prior to this, All American Propane was owned by Tim Goodwin whom a lot of us may have had business with in the past. All American Propane, 303 646-4925, quoted me a price of $2.09 / gallon. This is the only company we have personally used for nearly 30 years. But they seem to be consistently pricey since the take-over. Thus shopping around.
